Mission 

We address societal problems by working within complex, contested fields where organisations are deeply stuck and achieve impact at scale which leads to significant progress in addressing societal challenges. 

Strategic Objectives:

In Ireland our objective is to build strong relationships and trust between the public and private sector and use private sector funding to help the public sector deliver social services in a person-centred, cost-effective way.

In Europe our objective is to collaborate with the European Commission and other European Foundations to discover and help existing person-centred innovations in the provision of social services grow, and ultimately scale, at a pan-European level.

Globally our objective is to share learning, and to learn from others engaged in scaling and social service systems change.
