The Housing First Partners Conference (HFPC) was first launched in 2012 as a biennial international conference to further the conversation among practitioners about Housing First as a proven model for ending homelessness for those with chronic health conditions and long stints of street homelessness.

This conference is an opportunity for frontline staff to learn more about Housing First from an international perspective. Please complete the details below in order to register your interest in attending this conference.
