Applications for 'Supporting young people with disabilities - second round 2012' are now closed.

The deadline for applications was 5pm Friday 3rd August 2012. We are not in a position to accept applications beyond this time.

Screening and evaluation of applications are now underway. Updates will be posted on our website and through the applications portal. If you submitted an application you may return to your application online through the portal, to review it at any time and to receive application status updates. Please note that applicants are unable to make any changes to the submitted applications after the submission deadline.
